Default Rubi looking

Going to look at rubicons 2morrow!!! I'm excited but don't want to get my hopes up too much. Initially I went not the dealership this past Monday to have my "step/reset" buttons on the steering wheel looked at since they only work when they want to. After walking around the lot I came to the conclusion that I should've bought a Rubi instead of a Sport to begin with lol. Crossing my fingers I can score a deal on a Commando Green!

There's at least 4 Jeep dealerships in the Charleston area. Make sure you shop around for the best deal. I bought my 2011 JKU Rubi from Rick Hendrick on Rivers for about 2k under invoice. After I sold that one, I went back when I wanted a 2DR. They were out of their minds on the 2012 Sport leftovers, so I bought one in Augusta for 4 grand less. A buddy got a great deal from them on a 2013 Sport, though.

Just curious, but have you ever pushed the limits of your Sport? I've done things in a Wrangler X that I don't think are legal in 49 states. Rubicon, boobicon.

I'm just teasing...mostly

check out the Tread Lightly discount too (1% below invoice). go to treadlightly.org.

I talked to some dealers here in Seattle about the Tread Lightly deal and others about the USAA deal. Pretty close on the price so I think the USAA deal is affiliate pricing too. I ended up using the Tread Lightly deal because that dealership gave me a better trade in offer.

Get your USAA financing lined up in advance too. It's pretty powerful when you can talk to them knowing that new car price and financing are taken care of and the only negotiating point is which dealer will give you the best trade in.
