Default Seat Height Adjuster (Broken?)

Anyone have issues with their seat height adjuster? I think I just broke mine. I pump and nothing happens (down or up). Is there quick fix so I don't have to take it to the dealership?
Thanks,
Jeff

Same thing here.....my theory is that you have to go all the way up, then all the way down, and so on, but too scared to try it in case the seat gets stuck at the limit.

I can put mine all the way up, but it gradually slides itself down... not sure what to do for it.

I hit the limit, then it went down, now it won't go up or down. Dam, I was hoping for some sort of fix.

The quick/easy fix is the warranty. Use it, that's what you paid for.

mine is busted too the stupid arm that adjusts the seat up and down when you take it apart is made of plastic and just cracked and don't move the seat up and down anymore don't feel like going to the dealer and having it sit there for a week just to get the height adjuster fixed

Broke mine awhile back. The stock (early '07 for me) handle is all plastic where it slips on the splined shaft of the seat itself. And like old TV knobs it splits. Ordered one from mopar parts america ($12-$18 don't remember). Must be a new design because now there is a steel insert molded into the plastic handle that slips onto the splined shaft. Handle V1.1 I guess.

That adjustment lever sounds like a great opportunity for a vendor to step up and make a billet part. I'll take mine in anodized black.

Mine broke too, it's going to the dealer monday. They do make a billet lever already.
