Do you know of a brand of slave cylinder that comes with that seal? As has been mentioned a couple times, it's easy to overlook and drop it. It's made of something akin to flubber, and will bounce very far away to find the most unlikely place for you to ever see it again. And the only source I've known of is to buy that entire hydraulic line--it comes with one for each end. To be clear for those unfamiliar: It is not a normal O-ring, despite its appearance. A normal O-ring will not make a good seal. DON"T LOSE IT!
