I have the heavy duty Walmart rubber mats. The jeep is the third vehicle they have been in. 26K first truck, 62K second truck and 6k on the jeep and they still look good after a good washing. Was going to buy the Mopar ones but why bother now.

im going to try and see about getting them replaced..if not i will tough it out over summer and pic up the weathertechs in the fall. they look great. i should have got that set instead of the husky rear cargo and the mopar...i only paid wholesale cost on the mats though...i thinki it was $45
My Mopar mats cracked or wore out under the right heel as well.
I endorse the weathertechs as well. We had them in our Murano, then Commander, then FX35 and now the JK.
Once you go 'tech, you never go back...

Very nice. I have the Mopar mats, no problems yet but dang those Weathertech protectors look awsome. I gotta get me some of those....
I've got 15k on my front huskys and they still look brand new after a pretty decent Michigan winter. They are kinda flimsy but never had to heat em up to get them back to normal. They kept the mud, rocks, and salt outta my carpet better than anything I used before. Those weather techs do look pretty slick though
WOW, bad rap on the Mopar rubbers.
When we got the wifes JK back in Dec06, we got a set of the Mopar carpet mats and the rubbers with tire tread as part of the deal. We used the rubbers throughout the winter of 06, then went to the carpet mats in spring, and used them throughout the summer. Back to the rubbers during winter months of 07. Now the wife likes the rubbers so much better, she wants to keep them in all the time. Guess it's that "JEEP GIRL" thing that she's now into. She also likes to be on top more now too, but let's not get into that. At any rate, our rubbers are now going on 2 years old and they still look great. The thing that I do is take them out about once a month, wash them down good and hit them with Protectant 303. Let them dry and back in. No problems so far. I'll let them in as long as she wants to keep her happy. In addition, although it's her JK, when we go out, she's been wanting to drive more and more, rather than sit shotgun, and that's OK. I kinda like it. It's giving her a more dominant role, and building her self esteem. And sometimes it's nice to just sit back and let her dirve both in the Jeep and in the bedroom.
Now back to the mats. I think the Mopar rubbers are great. Just like a woman.
Take care of them and they will last.

Leave it to a Jeep guy to be able to create a segway from floor mats to her wanting to be on top in the bedroom...
What is all we need guys...?
Food
Sleep
Sex
Jeep
The order tends to vary depending on our mood, and of course while guys aren't so well known for multitasking, I can take care of some of these at the same time...
