Yep same problem, took it into the dealer and they "couldn't reproduce the problem". There's a thread here somewhere about putting washers between the rails and roll bar, didn't work for me now I just stuff paper towel up there whenever it rains and it works good cause it doesn't leak bad.

Welcome to the leaky top club! It's a growing club

Honestly, I would say "get used to it". My 08' leaks, and everytime I bring it in they just add more sticky weather stripping foam crap that lasts a few months, then the adhesive melts in the sun and it falls off.

I bed-lined my interior and have some cheap water resistant seat covers.

My 07 did the same thing. Kept taking it to the dealer everytime it rain. Finally two weeks out of waranty the dealer tell me they know how to fix the leaks. Basically replaced header on top and all molding around the windshield. I was skeptical at first but he was right. No more ran with the top up. Best of all he warantied it.

Welcome aboard! Wait 'til you put on your seatbelt and your shoulder gets wet from the rain that's been dripping into the seatbelt over night.

I don't think that there is a perminate fix for the leaky top problem. Even new weather striping will start to leak again sooner or later. I have had T-Tops and sun roofs on other vehicles. Best thing that you can do is to clean and apply protectant to the weather stripping as often as possible. At least every time that you remove the top. O-ring lub works the best. But it builds up after just a couple applications. So most of the time I just use your basic interrior UV protectant.

Does it leaked when parked or when driving?

Mine only leaks when parked .... my driveway is sloped ... if I park it facing UP the slope it doesn't leak. If I park it facing down the slope ... it leaks quite badly over both front door handles (typical leak)

It has luckily never leaked while driving.
