I had the soft top on all winter and we had a some good rain for a change here in California. It has not ever leaked a drop. I guess I got lucky.

My first massive rain storm yesterday with the soft top on. Not one drop anywhere. My TJ never leaked either. My JK is an April '08 build.

I completely eliminated it. The problem is water getting into the center channel on the header seal and how it drains once water gets to the doors from the header seal. I messed with my doors and took it to the dealer 3 times with no luck. I ended up installing a piece of 2" wide thin weatherstripping along the front edge of the soft top where it meets the header seal. I used 3M spray weatherstrip adhesive to attatch it. If no water gets past the soft top to header seal in the first place, no leak. It also makes the soft top fit tighter and there's alot less noise from that area. I think if the soft top fit tighter from the factory, this problem would be eliminated and they also don't have an adjustment for the fit up there either. I'd get ya some pictures, but I currently have a half cab setup right now with the wrap around windjammer. I could still get ya some pics of the seal I installed on the soft top though

I had pool on the passenger side one time which perplexed my how I got so much inside, I had never had a leak before, then realized that I was parked under the overhang of my house and it all ran in through the passenger side rear window which was removed and rolled down hill to the front passenger foot well.

Ever since I put the soft top on, when it would rain the interior door handles would be wet. I discovered that the plastic door surrounds would be not exactly loose but not tight either. Now every time I put the top down or flip the sunrider back, before I put it back up I pull outward on the top of the surrounds and tighten the knobs and I haven't had a leak since. They don't appear to be adjustable, but that outward pressure while tightening them seems to do the trick! Hope this helps some of you!
