If you have stock trk bars you may be seeing the movement from the rubber bushings compressing because of the dead weight and turning.

It's a little difficult to say without seeing it but from what you describe, it too sounds normal. Hellbound, stop worrying and start ridin'!

Ha, thanks man. You know how it is. You start to learn how to work on these things yourself and next thing you know you are spotting every little thing.

At least I can say I have learned a great deal on this forum since getting my Jeep. Before getting the Jeep I did not even know what a tie rod, drag link, pitman arm, control arm or torque wrench was. Now I am working on stuff myself and have a whole Craftsman tool chest in my garage.

God, Jeeps are an expensive addiction.

Hellbound is suffering from OCJD , obsessive compulsive jeep disorder, but who on here isn't? Hell, I just went outside in my pj's to measure a rim for another post in another thread, there is something abnormal to be said about that. It's 11pm here. I dunno, need to start a rehab center or something, I've put 10 grand into my jk in aftermarket goodies, just about coulda had it paid off for that.

As to movement on the track bar, it depends on what kind of movement. Usually it is normal. Just compare it against others so you can feel normal and see what is normal about it.

What you should really be concerned about is your Flannagin Pin if it comes loose....WATCH OUT! since the whole figgen thing can fly apart at high speeds.
I think you have had a deriliction of duty by mentioning the dreaded Flannagin Pin without posting more details as well as photos. This could be serious, especially on St. Patricks day. Gives him a year to rectify this issue.
