Does the 2007 Jeep Wrangler have speed limiters.

I had my unlimited up to 102 mph checked my my gps. No limiter that I could feel and the Jeep felt surprisingly stable.

According to Car & Driver, the governed top speed is 98... but multiple users' anecdotes say that Car & Driver is wrong (some have reported going around 120 MPH if I remember correctly).

I have accidentally made it beyond 80, but I doubt my JK will ever see 100MPH.

My JK does 100 quite nicely... in canada thats 160km per hour, my speedo goes to 180...eh

it isnt a wrangler, but when i had my WJ, or buble j as some call them, i hit 125 and it had room for more...usually car companys use the same limiters if there is one. of course that had a V8..so i doubt the jk will ever see anything over 110
