Couldn't agree more, find another dealer and give them your business. Sounds like the one you have doesn't know the meaning of Customer Service

Glad for this thread, same problem with me, except my steering wheel is turned slightly to the left to go straight

I have the same problem, steering wheel is about 10 degrees to the left while going straight. I only have 1300 miles on my Rubicon and have only taken it off road once. Is this really a common problem, would an aftermarket drag link fix this for good?

yep its a common problem. wheel hard and wheel is off center. you would think there would be a "better" drag link.
