Default steering box problem or what??

Ok I hear a slight knock when I turn my wheels and I got my fiance to turn the wheels while I listened and looked and it sounds like its coming from my steering box or right in the firewall where the steering shaft goes through....anybody else have this issue? Have a 3 year unlimited mile warranty covers every except exhaust and brakes so just need to take it in and get looked at....just hate the fact I have to go to the dealership to use it lqtm

Maybe the clunky steering click of the intermediate shaft... 5th wheel grease is the fix

X2 grease the steering shaft first see if that helps before wasting a day at the stealership.

There is a writeup on how to grease the steering shaft. Pictures on page 2.

Can't hurt anything to give it a try.
