Question Steering Stabilizer

Is the stock steering stabilizer an oil filled shock.
I changed the oil last weekend and noticed oil leaking from the front.
I thought it was excess oil from when i removed the filter but its dry there but the steering stabilizer is still leaking.
You think it would be a waranteed item?
Thanks

Yeah, but why trade one piece of crap for another? Now would be a great time for you to pick up something much more capable.
