My two week old rubicon's steeering wheel controls quit working again for the second time. Last week the dealership had to replace the remote control module. Looks like after one week of use I need go back to the dealership and have it replaced again. This is my first Jeep and I'm not feeling too good about jeep quality.

Anyone else had this problem?

 

Radio controls, EVIC, voice, and phone don't work. I believe the clock spring was the problem last week. Twice in two weeks seems like a little much!

 

Yup. The first time a new feature is integrated into a vehicle, it's always a crapshoot. This is probably the biggest reason I'm gun shy regarding the Pentastar in the 12.
