That latch is part of the entire door surround. I'm not sure it'd have an individual PN...

Yep, I've had the same prob too. As mentioned previously I partially remove the side and back windows then push the 2 bow and header forward to make it click in.

Crazy thing, the other side to you guys, yes it's happening on my passenger side, but my car is RHD. Has happened from new.

A bit tricky the tops... keep upright all, Dave.

If so I have the same problem. Just haven't solved it yet. But my drivers side does snap into place and the passenger side does not. Seems to try but doesn't catch.
FYI, not talking about the long edge that you have to "unroll" from the door frame.
I just did a search for this EXACT problem, and I am thankful that others are having the same issue. The dealership has replaced the clip on the passenger side twice. It takes my husband that is 6'2 240 lbs. to get this stupid thing to latch in. The driver side,,,,,piece of cake,,,,,,passenger, not so much. We have to manhandle it or in really bad times, also have to unlatch the entire back of the top, to pull it forward. Is it possible, that the plastic retainers that go into the rails, might be too long to give the top the ability to pull forward all the way? I am going back to the dealer AGAIN on thursday to have them look at it. Because this happens when I use it in sunrider mode, and can be very dangerous when it then forces BOTH sides out at highway speeds,,,,,,,which has happened,,,,,,,not pretty, thankfully we saw it happen and were able to pull over to fix it before the entire top took flight, (because at this point the only thing holding the top down is the side straps in the channels).
