Default Sway bar disconnect

Just a question: I have a 2.5" lift kit, and. when I disconnect the sway bar, the axle is getting very low on one side (or the other). I wonder if this can break the joints of the diff. or of the T.C. (because of the strong angle of the driving shafts) ???
It's important to mention that I have the stock joints.

Flexing the suspension wont break anything. Watch and make sure the break lines arent too tight and the ESP sensor wires are not too tight.
