I've been waiting a long time to get into a Jeep and finally did it but don't know much about off-roading yet and am curious how this works...

Been looking for a thread that has some general information about sway bars but haven't found it yet. Specifically about how to disconnect and reconnect.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm Driving an unltd 4door 6 spd if it makes a difference...

Here is a picture of one that is clipped up out of the way instead of bungeed. Different model Jeep but same idea.
