Hi guys,
From down Under, I have in the past, with my previous petrol JK and my diesel Jk now, the rattling tailgate has lately been driving me nuts, I have tried putting some tape on the guide thing, below the actual latch, today I had a highly debatable idea,
Put a cable tie, or Zip tie on the top guide piece, well, I went for a drive , the to my favourite rough roads, no more rattles and squeaks, I would call that a positive,
Now for the negative,
I can't freaking open my tailgate now, like I said highly debatable,

Any ideas from the brains trust, on how to get my door open?
Any suggestion would be great

Take the hinges off and see if you can get it open that way and then cut that zip tie.
