Does anyone else have this trouble? Not all the time, but a lot of the time especially when it is cold it take like 3-5 seconds to start instead of a quick turn and it starts.

I've noticed that too. Even in the summer sometimes. I've noticed in all weather conditions. I can't explain it. It has never failed me, but I've questioned it a few times.
