Thoughts on gorilla glue for congo cage?
I have a congo cage on the way for my 4dr. Was toying with the idea of using gorilla glue at the joints instead of silicone. Since it expands as it cures and bonds to metal & paint, seems like it would be a good sealer. Thoughts? Or maybe even marine goop?

Use silicone. You might want to take it apart as mentioned.
Besides that, have you ever dealt with gorilla glue? It does expand but it does so by foaming. I wouldn't suggest it as a sealant because as soon as the outer layer gets damaged the inner "foam" will absorb and hold water. The glue is STRONG on materials but if the joint has a sizable gap the glue is trying to fill, any flex in the assembled parts will cause the glue to crack.
I've never dealt with marine goop so you're on your own there.
