Default Throttle pulsating

Has anyone ever had the engine pulsate at 1200 rpms? If you just barely touch the throttle running 25-30 mph the engine pulsates. It's like if the engine is skipping/missing, if you give it a little more gas it stops skipping and runs normal. Any ideas?

Had a 2010 jk in the shop last month , tech picked it during PDI .. sorrta feels like a vacum leak at idle , and produces a small but noticible vibration ..anyway turned out to be a leaking fuel rail ...get it checked.
