Default Tire Condition

Nitto Terra Grapplers with less than 20K miles seems to have cracks within the treadlines. Is this cause for concern? All four tires.Click image for larger version

it would bother me. I would get to a Nitto dealer and see if they will warranty them.

Yep, get them checked.

Discount Tire warrantied three of my five maxxis bighorns for cracks in the tread blocks. The cracks went down to the core, though. Yours look like lighter surface cracking?

How long have you had the tires on your jeep?

Way too soon for cracking. Definitely get them replaced under warranty.

What is the date code on them?

I've had to replace tires with way more than half life left on them from age and sun damage.

This has been pretty common on most Nitto tires that I've seen around town, I don't know what the deal is though.
