Default tire rotation dilemma

I have 7300 miles on my jeep and haven't rotated tires. KM2s.

oil change will come about 1000 miles from now.

I'll be driving that 1000 miles in the form of two 500 mile trips coming up in the next 2 weeks.

should I get tires rotated before the trip? or just wait for oil change.

thanks in advance!

if you are experiencing uneven wear or doing 5 tire rotation take the 1/2 hour and rotate them. I rotate mine every 3000 miles. it is too easy to not do it.

I agree, do it now before the trip. That way you can inspect brakes and eyeball everything before you go on the trips.

Agreed, you may save yourself a headache on the side of the road if you do the pre-checks as stated. I know 500 miles isn't a really long trip but if you have the concern to ask I'd err on the side of caution.

Do it now.....do it yourself, takes no time at all and doesn't cost anything.

I do a 5 tire every 3k without fail. If ur doing ur self make sure you have a torque wrench. @95ft-lb for lugs and 45 for spare
