Default TPMS Problem/Question

The other day my low tire light dinged on. I got around today to filling them up today but the light is still coming on. Is there some sort of reset I need to perform like with an oil change? I've had to do this once before and the lighted turned off automatically when I filled the problem tire.

I'm running my 2010 Rubicon's stock tires. The door sticker says up to 37psi and I bumped them all up to 36 (they were all ~31-32). I haven't changed any of the guts, it's all pretty much stock.

Also, on a related note; I'm getting ready to drive from FL to WA and I always carry a can of Fix-A-Flat. Will it ruin the TPMS? I've read mixed things.

I run 37psi in mine cold and they go up to 40psi when it warms. My light goes off at 36 and below. I would not use fix a flat unless I absolutely had to.
