I think the gas involved in this thread is a little lower than the lungs.....

Right on!

When I don't use CO2 from my PowerTank, I fill my tires with 78% nitrogen. That's good enough for me.

Sorry to revive such an old thread. It's 15 degrees and my tpms are all ringing. Tire pressure has been confirmed at 33psi and the spare is 36. What the heck can I do?

33psi is not enough. I need to have all of them at around 38psi to stop the ringing. It is -20c (-4F) here today and this works fine. Can't wait Superchips release the 2011 version of their programmer to lower the TPMS limit.

I believe that I read somewhere that the TPMS will also go off if there is a varience between the psi in all the tires. For example, if four of your tires are at 33psi, and one is at 38psi, the TPMS will go off. Will it trip for a 3 psi difference.....? Maybe try adding a pound or two to each tire and dropping a pound or two from the spare.

I use a superchips to adjust my TPMS to a lower setting, I believe the stock setting is 34, if my memory serves me correctly.
