Default trackbar bracket, whats the fix

Hiya guys,
I discovered a bit of play in my front trackbar bracket, as shown in the video. I'm getting a little wandering when I'm hitting bumps, so how is everyone fixing this problem ? I know a couple of washers can be welded, so how long can I expect that fix to last...
Not sure if I can get hardened steel washers. If anyone can pipe in with a washer size,or another fix, that would be appreciated, cause I just put it back together without measuring,, dah,,

As long as the trackbar mount isn't wallowed/oval all you need to do is switch the bolt out for a grade 8 9/16 x 3" bolt

Default track bar

You can use grade 8 washers, as they are hardened. The thicker the better. you can double them up also. make sure they fit your bolts nice and snug.
But I believe the best option is the bolt on track bars bracket. All the major players that make lifts have
them. I am planning on adding one when I get my lift. ounce of prevention sort of thing. I just got my 2012. I am learning that they have a whole different list of issues compared
to my TJ.

Id skip the washers and go with new brackets. I added frame and axle side front and rear, beef up brackets. I've ripped off factory front and rear brackets before. Def worth the money to just add more bracing

Hi, thanks, the bolt I'm using fits snuggly into the trackbar bushing, so I'll most likely keep that on,,
I'll check out the vendors in Moab this year and see if they have any brackets with them, till then it's going to have to be washers I guess..

what was said above is correct, your holes dont appear to wallowed out really, the 9/16x3" grade 8 bolts with some stover nuts will do the trick.

Well, ya , the holes are enlarged, but not ovaled yet, I'm going to try the 9/16 bolts in the bracket holes, and see if they have any play, if not, good to go, but if so, I think I'll drill out a plate to 9/16 instead of washers and weld it on........then in the future go with an aftermarket bracket...

Thanks for the input guys !!
