Default Trickling Noise

Okay so it just rained maybe 3 hours ago... and I mean rained hard for a good hour or so. I'm driving around and I notice every time I brake theres this trickling noise coming from somewhere to my right. I stop, get out and find no leaks anywhere but this trickling noise keeps going on every time I hit the brakes. It's not immediate but eventually, usually right as I'm about to stop, this noise starts up... its just a faint trickling noise... I think it's normal but I figured I'd ask anyways since I've never heard it before.

Do you have a hard top? I have heard of water getting trapped inside a Freedom Panel. If you do, remove a panel and tilt it back and forth to see if you hear water inside. If you do, they should replace it under warranty.

No it's the soft top. This is the first time I've noticed it. If its still doing it tomorrow I'll bring it by and have em do my 3k oil change while they're at it

Sounds like one of your drain holes is clogged? Check the bottom of your passenger door.

is there a drain plug at the bottom of the door or something? It was leaking pretty bad after the rain... so that location would make sense

No plug, just a little hole or slot in the bottom of the door.

I just looked the only thing I can find at the bottom of the door is the weatherstripping... which I'm kind of tentative about pulling out since its been raining off and on all day and it's like 9 at night. What exactly should I be searching for?

My soft top does it too. Water pools on the top and when you hit the brakes, it runs off down the edge of the windshield and door. Also, before I get out, I push up on the top to remove the pooled water, or it gets all over you when you open the door.
