I've got dual tops to so I don't share your problem but if you've got only the soft top you don't have a wiper or defrost. Buy some rain-x take the 15 minutes to install it yourself thats if you don't care about those options. Resale is all I would worry about, If your in a warm climate and aren't concerned about extra security skip it

As of right now sence you have not bought the jeep that price is too high. Everyone has stated that the price they are charging you is the price with both options. Just remember that if you want a hard top later(not the one they are offering you) you will pay alot more than 1500 bucks. The cheapist i have seen a new hard top, no wiring included, is 1755.

NO KIDDING!!! that's why i said "no thanks" .... i went to pick up the hardtop with the soft top still on my jeep. i completely removed the soft top by myself in no more than 10-15 minutes. the "stealership guys" who would have been doing my install were like "wow, have you done this before? ... you really know what you are doing." .... c'mon fellas, it's a few screw knobs and torx screws!
