If there is a TSB regarding a particular problem but it doesn't show up until after the warranty runs out, do they still have to fix it for free.

eg. throw out bearing, I'm not having this problem/noise but if it shows up 3 years from now do they fix it?

TSB's are not recalls. If your warranty is expired then they do not have to pay for it.
