Vibration inside dash when engine is idle?

I will try to get some pics. I didn't take any when I did it. My jeep is in Latrobe and I am in Virginia. I will be home this weekend. If I get the chance I will talk some pics for you.

Mine also does it but I have dropped a few things behind thy dash and really dont want to break it down to retrieve them.....lighter and a small wrench

Thanks so much. I've definitely narrowed it down to the metal panel that you described ... I kept the Jeep in drive and put the e-brake on, reached my hand out the window and put it on the panel and sure enough, vibration ceased.
