Default Vibration Noise at Idle

I have a 2015 Wrangler JK Sahara. 3" lift but no changes to steering assembly and i haven't been off-road recently. I just noticed a vibration noise while idling. The noise gets substantially louder when I turn the steering wheel. It almost goes away when 0 degrees on (dead-straight ahead). The noise feels like it is coming from inside the cabin, center of the dash at knee level. There isn't any noticeable noise from the engine at all. Any ideas? I thought it was a fan at first but turning the wheel and hearing it rattle more threw me through a loop.
