TIPM and thermostat housing
Intake manifold gasket again
Windshield wiper arm linkage bushing ( I did this myself)
Passenger side window regulator
173K miles New gas tank (warranty)
PCV valve and hose replacement ( i had to pay for)
The PCV valve was stuck in the valve cover so they replaced the valve cover under warranty
Both tie rod ends, and alignment (warranty)
Wiring for the rear locker( warranty)
178K miles Alternator took out the battery both were replaced under the warranty
178K miles Rear passenger window regulator and front door wiring harness
185K miles Oil pan gasket.
188K Windshield wiper motor and seat belt retractor.
I'm really glad I have the lifetime warranty which covered all of the above. I can't imagine how much this would have cost without the warranty but I know it has easily exceeded the cost of the lifetime warranty.

160k miles and I haven't had near the problems you did but mine were mostly off-road adventure related. Luckily yours were covered by warranty but I've got to say the truck has been really reliable with regular maintenance.

It has had all the service recommended in the manual for severe service since I purchased it new. I still love the jeep and it has never left me stranded.

Back in the shop today, had to drive in in limp in mode. They say its the cam sensor. At least this is the first replacement.
update: it wasn't the cam sensor it was the cam sensor wiring. The wire rubbed through on the valve cover causing a short.

my 2007 jk 75000 miles had the EGR valve replaced twice and a new radiator. Other than that its been an extremely reliable jeep. It sees as much off road use as it does street use.

I have added
Catalytic convertor "Y" pipe and 4 O2 sensors ($2300 not under warranty)
Release for rear drivers side seat.
It's in the shop again and it looks like the computer is gone. It has gotten to the point that the Check engine light comes on about every oil change, 3K-miles. 155K miles and 11 years old.
