Can't say I know where Jeep puts it on the JK's but most vehicles have a sticker on the driver's door jam that lists various bits of info about the vehicle including the rims and tire size it came new with and the proper inflation pressure for them.

The PSI posted on auto's Is a "generic type CYA". All tires are different. Strong side walls, weak side walls, soft rubber, hard rubber and load ranges. All of these are in direct relationship to auto weight and how the tread sits on the pavement. There is no way in hell 35psi is the same for every tire in whole world on the same auto. My Yukon(which is Junk) also says 35 psi, It weighs 1300 lbs more than my Rubi. Should the tires be inflated the same(if the tires were the same) in order for the thread lay even and flat on the pavement? I think not! I've proved if with my Rubi. (read above).
