Default What would you do?

So I have just got done with a knock down drag out fight with my dealership over my soft top. This was a 2 month war over my dual tops not coming with windows. So yesturday I thought that I won the battle, I had a couple of UPS boxes on the porch. I was all, then I opened it up and found Slate Gray windows for my Black soft top. I called the dealer and they were obviously fed up, and I am beyond done with this. So now I have sweet gray windows for my black top.

Well....I would probably raise more hell until they get it right, which seems like what you had a problem with in the first place. If all else fails and you don't wanna deal with them anymore. Buy the tinted off of Quadratec or any website and sell the grey windows on here. I'm sure someone out there needs another set for their soft top. I have two sets for my soft top myself and a freedom top. Might be the vest route to take.

Yeah believe me I raised some hell. I just wish that the dealer was closer so I could go in person. I can only do so much over the phone. But yeah I will have to see what I can do.

I had a similar but different situation with my dealer and we went back and for 3 or 4 times with the finger pointing. I googled until I found the owners e-mail and the GMs e-mail and I lit them up. It took 3 or 4 emails back and forth with them too but they made it right and I never even had go stomp on anyones desk.

I would love to, but in law enforcement we call that stealing. Crafty though.

What I do is I call and tell them what I want and they say I can't do that. Then I say let me talk to your boss. If they say he is not available i ask for his boss.
Then I repeat this until I get someone way up the food chain who is so pissed that this wasn't handled already that he takes care of it and chews ass.
The last time I did this I ended up talking to the CEO of Wal-marts secretary and she handled it

ehhh - gray area they owe you black windows, you are just trading them for your gray ones. they have the means to swap gray for black easier than you.

The fact that they have given you any windows, even if the wrong ones, would seem to be them admitting they owe you windows. Now you just need to get them to give you the proper ones.
