Had to whine about this...doors are rusted on. I have tried and tried to get them off to no avail. I know it's just rust and nothing else, but anyone have any suggestions? I have used spray lube and the bottom hinge pin nuts are off.

PB Blaster. Let soak for a bit and pull up. Put some ass in your attempts. I was surprised how much it took to get mine off.

Put a support under the door in a way you won't bend sheetmetal. Say a 2X4 on a jack butted against the bottom of the door (but not the weaker pinch seam). Have someone hold the door while you jack it up. Or you can bump it by standing on the door sill and jumping up and down. Again, use care to not cause damage.

I'd pub blast it multiple times a day for a couple days. Then I'd jack on the door lightly...just so the vehicle lifts up on that side about an inch or so. Then take a fat punch and tap from underneath. The sudden impact will help...but make sure it's a fat punch that fits the hole...probably better is a bolt that barely fits.
