X Suspension Question
 

I have an X, and I've acquired some barely used suspension parts from a Rubicon. I can see posts here that say the shocks are better, and the springs are stiffer. But, what about the rest of the suspension?

Are the track bars, sway bars, etc. any different than the X? Is there any point in upgrading those? Seems like a waste of effort to me, but I don't know that much about the Rubicon.

Any thoughts? I'd also appreciate any comments on the Rubicon shocks/springs. It seems to me that as long as I am going though the effort to change them I might as well go with after market stuff that would be better than stock.

Other suspension parts are the same, only shocks and springs are different.

Nope, it's just a plain old sway bar.
