this is a terrible loss. The first thread i came across on this site was his announcement of having cancer. It struck home and I've never forgotten the conversations we had. Ken is what men should look up to. He was strong, compassionate, intelligent, and put others first even in the face of death. Reading this today has brought on tears. Rip Ken. You will be missed

at least he and his family got one more xmas together. at least he isn't in pain any longer. went through this with my brother in law a few years back, the loss is awful but knowing they aren't in pain any longer is comforting. RIP Happy

I'm new to the forums and never had the privilege to converse with Ken, but from reading a lot of the posts here, it sounds like he was a very cool guy and he will be dearly missed. So I would like to send out my condolences to the family.

To the Incredibly strong Mrs. Offerbeck
Ken was one of a kind,,,and certainly VERY kind to ANYBODY that may have crossed his path. To April and and little "mac" I can only offer you a hand in friendship, and possibly some ears to scream into,,, if needed. Though Ken never wanted ANY pity,,,it is such deep sorrow, that I feel for his young family. To have to feel that kind of emotional pain, is something that I would do anything to take from you right now. Ken told me that, he only wanted "one more Christmas",,,,he did get that.
Somebody, please tell me that, they have Jeeps, Harley's & Glocks up in Heaven,,,,because besides his family - those were the things that Ken loved to do for fun.
BIG TIME Prayers to all of those that he touched, in one way or another - for it is the ones that are left behind, that will feel the most pain now,,,,,,Godspeed Mr. Offerbeck on your new journey,,,,,,,,It was certainly my pleasure getting to know you.
