Helping out the little guy - Offroaders to the rescue!
So word broke last weekend about a local establishment here in Winnipeg when a story was published about a ongoing property dispute between a iconic restaurant and a property management company resulting in some real low-down scuzzy behaviour on the property management company's behalf. One of the guys in our group were old friends with some staff and when he shared the situation with us, we felt really bad for the tangle they were in, so we figured what better way to band together and show our support. Local media ate it up! It was on CTV News last night and today, and afterwards we made our way inside and packed the lounge for a few hours where we bought them out of their wings supply, and shared some good laughs. The owner was ecstatic about seeing all the support and loved all the rigs out front on the rocks (must have been atleast a dozen trucks on the boulders, and plenty others littering the lot), and warmly welcomed us back anytime. Maybe this will become a new favored watering hole for wheelers and offroaders! Read the articles for a better grasp of the situation -

Superior Management sound like a bunch of assholes. I think the councillor for this area needs to grow some balls real quick and get involved. If someone in his area has a concern he shouldn't be passing the buck by saying it is only a problem for the 2 parties involved and no one else. What kind of precident is he allowing to be set here? Congrats for helping the small business owner out!
