*The goal of this thread is to be "Sticky" someday, and provide a valid legal list of places you can wheel your Jeep in "Western Canada"

Additional info: East of Beausejour on hwy 44, where 44 and 214 intersect.
Duration: Pit area, as long as you want!
Terrain type: Send, Dunes, Water crossing, Bushes.
Difficulty level: Stock/Newbie-friendly, up to extreme...

Additional info: North side of #1 hwy, 45min east of Winnipeg.
Duration: Pit area, as long as you want!

1. McLean Creek - K-Country (Credit too: TripleJeep_99)
GPS/Map: +50° 54' 9.80", -114° 40' 11.82" Click here for a printable PDF map that has 2009 trails in McLean Creek.
Additional info: West of Bragg Creek, AB (Highway 22 which turns into Highway 66). From what I remember you can get to a few trails by turning left off of Highway 66 onto Range road 55 (McLean Creek Trail).
Duration: Depends on the trails
Terrain type: Mud & more Mud some Rock and Steeper inclines.
Difficulty level: Moderate - High Difficulty, You will need: M/T's, Winch & Recovery Gear, Hi-Jack Lift, Quick Disco's, lift & highly recommend you go with another Jeep or 4x4.

3 areas up on Silver Cup Ridge - Old Mining Trails up into the Alpine- Search out Google Maps with Satellite images and you will see the trails The GPS points are off Google maps and are junctions off of Highway 31.
1-A) Copper Queen
GPS/Map: 50° 36' 15.96", -117° 26' 19.00" - follow up to the top!

Additional info: Highway 31 south of Trout Lake, 9km.
1-B) Rudy
GPS/Map: +50° 34' 11.68", -117° 23' 18.09"

Additional info: About 15km south of Trout Lake on Highway 31
1-C) American Creek FSR

Map: 50.644953,-117.189327 You will drive a ways up a FSR road and this is the Google GPS point at the junction at the ridge into Healy Creek. Great mine sites in the area!
Additional info: BC - Near Gerrard, First Bridge to the left after Gerrard

Terrain type: Steep, Narrow mine trails, rock & boulders and again awesome mountain views!
Difficulty level: All-Terrain,Mud-Terrain or Stock Rubicon tires, Quick Disco, lift not required

Additional info: 100km north of Revelstoke on Highway 23N. Get on to French Creek FSR and turn left at 11km (McCulloch Creek FSR) and go up McCulloch Creek FSR about 6-7km and you will hit the old mine trail (Still active mining in the area).

Terrain type: Steep, Narrow mine trails, rock & boulders
Difficulty level: All-Terrain,Mud-Terrain or Stock Rubicon tires, Quick Disco, lift not required

4. Eagle Ridge, Coquitlam (Credit too: Jeep Hound)
GPS/Map: Top of plateau blvd in Coquitlam, 3402 plateau blvd, Coquitlam. (Need more info!)
Additional info: You need a key to get past the green gate. You can get a key from the city of Coquitlam by calling the number posted on the gate, it's free!
Duration: Up and down, taking your time, takes about 5 to 6 hours.
Terrain type: Small to large boulders, cool rock formations.
Difficulty level: Moderate to advanced rock crawling, Stock JK 2 door: Can do the trail with difficulty, Stock JK 4 door: Not a chance without assistance.
