Installing some KC & ARB goodies!
We went ahead and installed KC Hilights Pro6 Light bar and ARB 4x4 Twin Compressor.

Getting ready to cut and weld.Our technician Sam, is now preparing to cut and weld on the Recon kit into place. By doing so, he has removed the axles with wheels and tires, control arms, driveshafts, and sway bars.
Sam is now cutting out the existing link arm brackets to weld in the Recon brackets made for Teraflex's long arms.
Here are some of the parts we removed from the Jeep.
Once the tech has cut off the original brackets, he prepares the surface by sanding down are to weld on the long arm bracket
Rear long arm bracket
Here we are preparing the frame to have the front upper long arm mount to be welded in place.

Our technician has now began cutting into the rear frame to weld on the king hydraulic bump stop.
While we were working on the Jeep, the rings for the beadlocks, coilover mounts where being powder coated gold.

Rings and mounts are back from powder coating.
Yesterday, we have received our wheel rings and recon mounts back from the powder coating facility.
Today we have installed all gold rings and mounts to wheels and to shock towers, also put the Currie diff covers.
