1. Molokai Forest Reserve Road

If you're ever in Hawaii, Kaunakakai, consider renting a Jeep Wrangler. The Molokai Forest Reserve Road is almost 5,000 feet high, overlooking waterfalls, the ocean, as well as going through the forest and the canyons. If you're a fan of off-roading while experiencing the nice scenery, this place is a must for you.

2. Death Valley

Death Valley, located in California, is a great test for your off-roading skills. The temperature can get extremely high, however, so the winter is a better time to tackle this terrain. This terrain offers a variety of off-roading terrains, so approach them carefully, and enjoy the heart-dropping adventure.

3. The Grand Canyon

Sitting between Arizona and Utah, the Grand Canyon is one of the natural wonders of the world. There are numerous trails near and around the canyon, which offer a large variety of terrains for all different off-roading skill levels. While you're there, be sure to dedicate some time to visit America's most important geological land, the actual Grand Canyon.

4. Mojave Road

The Mojave Road lies between California and Arizona, and it is 140-miles of off-roading fun. Throughout this road, you will see beautiful scenery, historic landmarks, and lots of snakes. If you're looking for long terrains that will provide you with hours and hours of fun, look no further.

5. Alpine Loop Trail

Colorado is known for its breath-taking scenery, and the Alpine Loop Trail is no different. This trail is located five hours southwest of Denver, and it measures 63-miles. This trail can be tackled by a 2WD, but a 4WD will give you a peace of mind as you enjoy some of America's best views.

6. Dalton Highway

If you want to plan the ultimate vacation, Dalton Highway in Alaska will make your travel an absolute pleasure. With 414-miles of some of Alaska's finest scenery, off-roading there is an absolute pleasure. Be sure to grab a CB radio, water, and food, however, because things can get lonely out there.

7. Munro Trail

Munro Trail is located in Lanai, Hawaii, which goes through the highest mountain peak, allowing you to see four different Hawaii islands. The trail goes for 10.5 miles, offering diverse scenery, as well as a breath-taking experience.

8. White Rim Trail

The White Rim Trail is located in Utah, and it is one of the most scenic routes to off-road. It is a 100-mile trail; however, don't expect to finish it all in one day, so consider camping there. If you want to be mind-blown, this trail will ensure just that.

9. California City

When you're looking for America's best weather, southern California will always come to mind. Located in Kern, CA, this is a high-speed desert off-roading, which takes place on a large dry lake bed. This is a great start if you're looking to get into desert racing.

10. Rubicon

The Rubicon is one of California's most legendary trails. In the winter, this trail will allow you to play in the snow while getting some rock-crawling in and various other types of terrains all in one place. This place is 22-miles long, and it will provide you with any challenge you need, and some that you will have to figure out how to handle.
