I carry a M&P Shield (.40) also with 2 mags.

If may throw my hat in the ring: I carry a Ruger LC9 with Laze Max. I like it because I am not a big guy and the the weapon is slim, making it easier to conceal. In Florida, the law states that permitted carrying is concealed only. Also, since I don't have big hands, the Ruger LC9 fits nicely. No matter what sidearm works for you, it's important that we all exercise our Second Amendment Rights.

Kimber Tactical Entry II 45 with Piccadilly rail ( add a laser/ light combo when at home- not for carry). Crossbreed ITW holster. Most accurate handgun I have shot. Little heavy though. Looking at a getting a 3" ultra carry kimber as well. Kimbers are a little pricey but very well made.
