Default First CB Puchase - Any issues w/ this setup?

I'm looking to purchase/install my first CB. Are there any issues with the combo that I selected(image below)? I know there are better places to mount the antenna but beyond that will everything else work together?

I appreciate any insight.

I believe all will work all though you may need a mount like this on:

FIRESTIK K-4A CB RADIO ANTENNA HEAVY DUTY SO-239 STUD MOUNT

The 75 is an alright radio. It's pretty popular because of the size, but does have some shortcomings. If you're mainly looking for something to use on the trails that setup will work fine.

Thanks, I probably wouldn't have figured out that I needed that until the install.

Yes, it's just going to be for the trails. I like the size and feel that I should be able to mount it where most people have their power window controls.

I bought the Stryker sr 89. Same concept as the cobra. It cost a little more but u get a few more channels n power. I can't give u a review yet, I still need to run power to it. If u haven't bought the cobra n ur interested in the Stryker, I should have the install done sometime this week.

Common issue with that mount is getting a good ground. Heads up when you install you may want to grind a spot for a good ground connection or add a wire for grounding.

I opted to add a quick disconnect with mine so I was still able to park in the garage.
