Yes I agree. Glad I'm not the only one. I thought my lights were defective at first. We'll get it figured out. Part of it to is we are so used to the full(dull) even light of halogens. Maybe due to the reflection on the led they may never be a perfect light. But they sure are bright as hell

Yup - mine were crossed when I first installed them. Driver side was almost pointed in the ditch on the passenger side. Pull up to a wall and then back up - it's easy to see how much it moves.

Also, I didn't remove the housing. You can unscrew the peg all the way using pliers, then pop it out of the socket using the pliers and prying against the housing. Super easy

Sea is it pretty self evident which peg to remove? I know there are I think 3 plugs surrounding the light. I assume on drivers side it's the plug on the lower left and vise versa for pass side?

Yes. Look at your grill - you'll see the relief holes for the adjustment screws. Take out the peg that matches that position and you'll be good to go.
