Just ordered my lockpick and camera yesterday. I like where you mounted the camera. It has a clean install look.

Backup cameras are really great

I have mine mounted on the licence plate, of my off-road trailer and hooked it up, so it only functions when the driving lights are turnrd on

Kinda hard to see in back the trailer and sometimes like to watch the events while going forward

82211293 is the part number to the commander camera kit
You will not lose any features on the mygig
Check with your dealer before you buy the camera to make sure they will program it, for some reason some dealers will not do it and others say it cannot be done

x2! I went to one dealer who said they wouldn't do it because every mygig radio was different based on the model of the vehicle. I knew that was B.S., but they wouldn't budge. So I took it to another dealer down the street and I explained the situation and they had no problem doing it for me. The only snag was that the tech had no idea what I was talking about so I had to give him the directions I downloaded from the MOPAR site so he could see how to flash the mygig. It works great though!

Does the kit come with all the necessary wiring? What web site are you talking about so that I could direct my dealer's tech.
