Nice work!!!
JUst started my own little project like this too. Been running HID's in everything since I picked up my jeep....Now its time
to make them projectors! I'll post up when I'm done!

Hey, I plan on retro fitting into these: How much of a rear space issue do you anticipate I will have? (i know you dont know the measurements, but what do u guess?) I will prolly also cut these down so that the rear of the projector is exposed...

Sorry I took so long to reply. Do you plan on just using the housing from the G Class or just the projector? Looking at the projector itself, I think it should fit without a problem.

1. Use a heat gun to soften the locking tabs and then pry them back a little until the release. You will have to reheat them when you reassemble to mold them back into the locked position.
2. After you take the headlamps out of the oven, keep a heat gun pointed at the area you are trying to loosen. Once you get once section loose, the rest should pull apart. I used a putty knife to get things started and just worked my way around.
