Default How to replace front bump stop mount?

When I crushed down on landing at the mud bog, the front left bump stop compressed do hard it blew out the steel cup it's mounted to. Can that be easily replaced and if so, how?

Looks like a good time to upgrade to some of the nice king bump stops. Or you could go Teraflex speed bumps.
Teraflex also makes a jounce tube brace that is meant to slide over the original brace. Not sure it will work for you.

If you wanted to repair it then it will probably take some welding and smoothing. You must of hit pretty hard.

just saw your vid, get some bumps like already mentioned if youre going to do that. as for the broken part, personally i wouldn't worry about it (you will need to address if you get some speed bumps or the like), but i also wouldn't be jumping my jk, even with sleeves/truss/c's youre just playing with fire unless your jk is built for it everywhere.
