Swaybars when disconnected
Hat do you guys do with your sway bars when disconnected? I've read some swing them up. But then I read that's how u puncture your sidewalk. Others wrote u secure them parallel with the frame. What's the right way on a jk. Thanks post pics if u got them

I have rubicon express sway bar disconnects and they do not hav a bracket to mount them up out of the way. So I got some teraflex brackets and installed them to day only to find out that my swaybars wont reach. so unles I do some custom fab looks like I will be useing bungie cord to strap it to the frame.

I have JKS discos, pull them off, and my sway bar bushings are tight enough that the bar stays put after I pull it up and out of the way. The people I see having problems are still running stock wheels.

Long time JKS disconnect user...I use a long zip tie to secure the swaybar to the frame. Never had an issue with aftermarket wheel / tire contact.
This is the zip tie I use...
