Default Backwards window zipper

So my drives side window zipper has been sewn in backwards from the factory.....is this normal??? I wouldn't think it is but thought id ask

That's hilarious!

To OP, can you post a picture, I'm not sure what exactly you mean by backwards, is the zipper connected to the window or the top? Does it zip from front to back or back to front?

On mine the zipper head is attached to the top on both sides and zips from the front toward the back.

That happened to me once. I ordered a replacement top from best top and they sent me two passenger windows.

No its not 2 passenger windows, the zipper its self is inside out, it still zips from the same side and all......i will throw a pic on here after i finish my morning coffee

My 2014 jku has the same thing on the premium soft top ..nothing to worry about

Well my problem is that i wanted to put some aftermarket tinted windows in it and im not sure if they'll work with the zipper like this

I just realized today that mine are like this too! Photobucket seems to be down now so I can't load the pics, but essentially identical to yours.
