Help me spend $300 on accessories.
I'm selling one of my guitars on eBay, it's at $510 right now and still 4 days left... I'm planning on getting some things for the jeep ($300-350)... Any ideas? What are the "must have" accessories? I'm not getting the lift, tires or muflers just yet.
Here's what i have:
08 Sahara Unlimited ST
Mopar accessories on it: Door sills, rubber floor mats, bug deflector, hood lock.
I'm also goint to make the mesh grille out of a gutter guard. (got the parts/no time)
What would you get?

First, a cheese steak
Then... it would depend on what you are going to use it for. Street or off road?
Safety equipment/recovery gear would be my recommendation.

i would go with recovery equipment. Tow strap (possible 2 diffrent sizes), D-ring, small air compressor, and if you dont have tow hooks then get some. Pocket the rest of the money for rising gas prices or save for future mods.

If you plan on wheeling it, I'd choose one or some of these:
-rock rails (you can sell the Sahara side steps if you need a little extra $$)
-recovery gear. (tow strap, tow points and shovel at the bare minimum)
-diff covers
-air down/air up tools (I love my staun tyre deflators-- they were about $60, and with the extra $$ you could buy a decent compressor to air back up with)
-Off-road lights. Maybe a pair of driving/spot dual lights.
-CB
If you don't plan on wheeling it, I'd go for:
-Gps unit (if you don't have mygig or trailguide-- I recommend Garmin)
-Cab cover for when you're top is off and you park under a pigeon flight path. (I have the Mopar cab cover and I've had good luck with it)
-A really nice dinner with lots of good wine.
Oh yeah, and I'm definitely with Happy on the cheesesteak!

rock sliders IMO are the best insurance for the jeep... you should see the rocker panels on my truck ... it was fun tho
What kinda guitar did you put on ebay.. I've often entertained selling one of my guitars too for the better good of the jeep...
