My previous Jeep, I used the Rustoleum Berliner spray. I lightly sanded the grill, sprayed a primer on and used two coats of the Rustoleum. It held up great. On my new jeep,, I have not done the grill. It is white and I am not sure I like the black grill on white jeeps. I have re coated my Ace sliders and my door thresholds with the stuff.. I like it better than plasitidip.

It's amazing depends on what kinda birds you hit you'll be fine, lol but do a fair bit of coats if you want it to peal off good and if you want it to hold up better. But I love it

Don't even worry about peeling it off when u want to change it back. Spray it with a brake cleaner and wipe it right off. Have had my rims done for 2 years with no issues. Had to redo it only because I changed tires

Still funny to me when I remember how my neighbor comes out a week after I bought my last Jeep and could not understand how I could be ripping the grill out, sanding and painting it on a week old car. Best explanation , it"s a Jeep thing!
