Default Spare tire carrier spacer info?

Anyone running a spacer on their stock spare carrier? Would you recommend it and post pics please

it would be quicker to google it , id have to take pic upload to pc , resize , lmao . i ordered it not knowing that the rancho tire carrier comes with a spacer already . this is from when i ordered 38s and ended up sending them back , regrettably

You running them? They won't hurt the tail gate? I'm running 33's

to be honest , i would not run the spacer for long if i did install it on the tailgate . the tailgate is designed for the stock tires , anything heavier is pushin it . the with the spacer it is even furthur back , and leverage bein what it is ........ i ran my 35 inch spare for almost a year before getting antire swing bumper . if anything you take a chance . could be ok , maybe not .'hope this helps

I have the stock carrier but using TeraFlex' hinge. Hyline Offroad's spacer with center hub third brake light. Love it

I used one early on. They are a temporary fix.

I'm using a TF spacer right now. 35" Maxxis Bighorn M/Ts. I'm deployed so don't know how it is effecting the tailgate. Wife says gate is working fine for now, and no rattles.
